The core of the project is a network of urban communities in 12 cities in Europe, Africa, Latin America and East Asia, supported by a strong team of experts from the local city administrations, 5 NGOs, 5 SMEs and 10 research organisations, all committed to collaborate for a better life in cities with ECS.
